These Terms of Service govern your use of Liravo. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any child you add to your account.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of any child you add. You are responsible for the accounts you create, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account and your children's profiles.
Children may not create their own accounts; they access Liravo only through a login you issue and control.
The service and educational use
Liravo provides AI-assisted study and homework help. It is a learning-support tool, not a substitute for a teacher, professional advice, or parental judgment.
AI-generated content can be inaccurate or incomplete. You and your child should verify important information, and you remain responsible for academic and educational decisions.
Parental responsibility and supervision
As the account holder, you are responsible for supervising your child's use of the service as appropriate for their age, and for the information you choose to enter, including any free-text you place in profiles or homework prompts.
Please avoid entering unnecessary sensitive personal information into the app.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Liravo lawfully and not to misuse it — including no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, circumvent usage limits or safety controls, or use the service to generate harmful, abusive, or age-inappropriate content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Plans and payments
Some features may require a paid plan. Pricing and plan details are presented in the app. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, and you authorize the charges associated with the plan you select.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liravo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for academic outcomes resulting from use of the service.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using Liravo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect users or the service.
